Eddie grew up in a small south Texas town and moved to Arizona to pursue a career. He is finally at a point in his life that he can realize his dream of living part time on his 40 acre spread in Northern Arizona along with his Horse Max. Max is a Haflinger that Eddie purchased from us about a year ago. Eddie and Max didn’t know a whole lot which is usually not a very good match for success. But together they have come a long way, and should get along fine riding the trails when he takes Max to the Ranch this spring. Eddies seat and hands have improved, and he has learned what it takes to maintain respect from Max who has a dominant nagality and is always testing Eddie. Max has developed a nice headset, good transitions, and is just starting to neck rein using the Transition Bit. Hard work and patience have and will continue to allow the relationship to flourish.
